Once your loan is approved, you’ll be ready to take the final steps to buying your first home.

Finalising Your Documentation

I will review your mortgage documents with you to ensure that the product, interest rate, and first home buyers’ loan feature details are all correct. I will also help you to finalise your First Home Owners’ Grant application.
